Spicy Beef Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust according to your spice preference)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, minced garlic, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  • Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  • Place the beef skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve the spicy beef skewers as a delicious snack or appetizer. They can be enjoyed on their own or with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as barbecue sauce or a creamy garlic aioli.
