Greek Yogurt Parfait


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)


  • In a glass or a bowl, layer Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle granola over the berries.
  • Drizzle honey over the granola for added sweetness if desired.
  • Repeat the layers until the glass or bowl is filled.
  • Enjoy the Greek yogurt parfait as a nutritious and satisfying breakfast or snack.
